Overview

The Sky Clougen Innovation is a hydrogen-powered R&D and manufacturing company with core membrane electrode technology. It is currently focused on integrating and innovating with technologies in application fields such as low-altitude drones and robots, providing hydrogen energy power systems, complete machine sales, and services.It is the first hydrogen energy company incubated by the International Academicians Science & Technology Innovation Center (Shenzhen-Hong Kong Center).

We are committed to the mission of "Clean Energy Drives the Intelligent Future," providing zero-emission, long-endurance cutting-edge mobile solutions for logistics, industry, emergency rescue, environmental monitoring, and other field.The team also participates in the formulation of China's hydrogen-powered drones standards as well as international standards.

Background of Establishment

The Sky Clougen Innovation is a core project incubated and initiated by the International Academicians Science & Technology Innovation Center and the International Hydrogen Energy Investment Association. The two platforms deeply participate in the company's strategic development, providing comprehensive support for the company's growth in multiple aspects, including business development, financing services, industrial cooperation, and technological achievement transformation.


The International Academicians Science & Technology Innovation Center was founded by Chen Qingquan, the first academician of the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences, in conjunction with 23 patriotic academicians, international academicians, and Nobel Prize laureates. As an international sci-tech innovation platform, it summarizes experiences from R&D technology to industrial development, makes effective use of green resources and technological drivers, and realizes the organic integration of scientific and technological innovation with industrial vitality.


The International Hydrogen Energy Investment Association brings together hydrogen energy investors, hydrogen energy projects, and experts in the hydrogen energy field. It is committed to promoting the integration of capital with hydrogen energy projects in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, various mainland cities, and international regions. Meanwhile, it assists governments at all levels in implementing relevant hydrogen energy development and investment policies and promotes them to countries worldwide.

Core Technology

燃料电池及膜电极技术——加拿大巴拉德

中山先进低温技术研究院由中科院理化所与中山市巴拉德1979年成立于加拿大温哥华,是全球燃料电池技术领军企业,是纳斯达克上市公司(代码:BLDP)。公司专注于质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的研发与商业化,产品覆盖交通运输、固定电源和便携式设备等领域。

巴拉德拥有超过1500项专利,在燃料电池耐久性、低温启动、成本控制上处于行业前列。1993年开发出全球首个商业化的PEMFC电堆,推动氢能汽车发展。巴拉德燃料电池为公交车(如欧洲的H2Bus项目)、卡车、船舶提供动力模块,合作客户包括奥迪、大众、丰田等。

液氢技术
——中国科学院理化技术研究所低温研究院

中山先进低温技术研究院由中科院理化所与中山市共同设立,聚焦超大型低温制冷装备研制和低温技术研究前沿,以重大任务和重点应用技术项目为导向,围绕先进低温、氢能源、氦资源等战略必争及产业前沿领域,部署若干重大科技任务,建设国际领先的技术创新平台,孵化一批自主知识产权的创新成果(高科技企业),助推区域高科技产业集群形成和发展。

研究院引领中国低温事业,解决氦气资源开发,支撑航天事业发展,支持绿色能源革命,保障大科学装置建设,建设成为具有国际影响力的先进低温技术研究中心,氢能高效液化储运技术和装备应用示范基地,中国氦氖等稀有气体资源提取纯化及储运技术基地。

教育部直属全国重点大学,国家“211工程”和“985工程优势学科创新平台”重点建设大学。
